The following HF propagation models for Windows PCs are available from NTIA/ITS:
Updated with new compiler, much faster than 99.0201 or previous versions.
HFCOVMAP
- Service Area Coverage Map program for IBB (VOA)
This is a special program for IBB and is probably useless for anyone else.
IBBPLAN

This is a special program for IBB and is probably useless for anyone else.
It must be installed with the latest HFWIN32 release to work properly.
HFWIN16 - (97.0428W) Windows-3.x 16-bit version of ICEPAC / VOACAP / REC533
The 16-bit version can not be changed. Please upgrade you PC to Windows 95/98 or Windows-NT.
DOS versions -
DOS versions are still available here (use only out of desperation).
View the News files

ICEPAC is IONCAP with ICED profile model developed by NTIA/ITS. VOACAP is IONCAP modified by USIA/VOA for broadcasting.
Get source of VOACAP here. REC533 is the ITU-R PI.533 model for international HF planning.
Get source of REC533 here. readme.txt file describes installation and registration procedures.
