Windows-3.x 16-bit HF Propagation Models from NTIA/ITS
Contains ICEPAC, VOACAP, and REC533. Version 97.0428W (28 April 1997).
This has been compiled with Salford's FTN77 compiler for WIN16. It should be compatible with Windows-3.x. Windows-95/98 and
Windows-NT systems should use the 32-bit version.
It cannot be updated as I no longer have a compiler that will work on a Windows-3.x system.
