A User's Guide to Tower Find (Search FCC Tower Data Base) TOWER_FIND finds all towers within the user chosen search parameters and lists them. The user options are: 1) STATE - select the state which you want searched. 2) LENGTH OPTION - select the type of units you want on the search distance (S = statute miles, K = kilometers, N = nautical miles). 3) DISTANCE - select a radial search distance from a chosen reference point. 4) LATITUDE - select the latitude of the reference point. 5) LONGITUDE - select the longitude of the reference point. TOWER_FIND will search for all towers that fall within the search distance from the reference point and the chosen state. If no particular state is desired, just type "xx" in response to the "state" questions. The date of the last data base update is given at the beginning of the output listing. The data base is updated about every six months. The following is a sample run of program TOWER_FIND.
